The tennis courts are located about 1 km (25 minute walk) from the Orea Spa Hotel Palace Zvon. The courts provide ideal conditions for practice by both recreational and professional players.
The Royal Golf Club of Mariánské Lázně (18-hole course) is the oldest course in the Czech Republic. For the most part the golf course is surrounded by coniferous woods which make the play pleasant even on hot summer days. There are several spots from which you can enjoy the view of the landscape, which has retained its original character and is not disturbed by any housing development.
The town of Mariánské Lázně and its suroundings are ideal for those who love to go on bike trips. Explore the landscape and various places of historic importance on a large number of cycling routes in the region of Teplá that connect the Euregia Egrensis cycling routes.
Downhill skiing - Skiareál Mariánky - Mariánské Lázně - 2 lifts and a gondola. More information at www.snowhill.cz/marianky. Ski school, ski rental shop. There is a ski bar, rental shop, ski service, facilities and car parking. Cross country skiing - the Golf cross country resort - 90km of ski runs, 90% of tracks have two ski runs. Usually the ski slopes around the Golf resort are maintained + adjacent tracks in the forests (i.e. the yellow and blue tourist paths). It takes about 3 days to prepare all the slopes after a new snowfall. For instance the blue tracks, which lead to Rájov, as well as the tracks for skating are in an open area and these are the most difficult to maintain - snowdrifts often occur when the weather is snowy and windy. If the weather conditions are favourable the unposted track towards Mnichov and Kladská is maintained as well.
Horse-riding facilities are about 3km away from Mariánské Lázně. They provide lessons for beginners and rides for the advanced.
Walking with special kinds of poles which make your movement very efficient. It makes you fitter and can be practised at any age.
Ropes course and the kid's ropes course "laňáček" has been opened since 2009. There are 19 high rope obstacles at the height of 10 metres for adults. For the youngest (from 3 years of age) there is the "laňáček" obstacle course full of adventure for the little ones. The course is located within 500 metres from the colonnade next to the geological park on the premises of the tennis club by the Forest Spring. (15 minutes walk from our hotel)

Mnichovské Hadce Nature Trail
The nature trail provides information on the largest serpentine complex in Czech.
Komorní Hůrka Nature Trail
The former famous volcano Komorní Hůrka by Františkovy Lázně.

Prelate Spring Natural Park
Popular destination for family trips with attractions (cable-way, aqua centre) for kids and decorations from natural materials that match the unique character of the landscape of the Prelate Spring Natural Park - there is a meadow with a creek full of granite rocks and
two ponds, which underline the magic of this destination. The visitors can use the area of the Natural Park to organize various events for children and adults, and it is used by athletes in training, by schools for educational programmes, by kindergartens and after-school child care centre, families with children, seniors, foreigners and and other groups and individuals. The civic organization Hravý pramen holds a traditional ‘Indian Day’ for children in the park and its surroundings every year.
The Boheminium Park is an educational sightseeing tour on the eastern outskirts of Mariánské Lázně with perfect models (scale 1:25) of major construction and engineering monuments around the Czech Republic in the beautiful setting of a scenic park. A park with miniatures of prominent buildings in the Czech Republic, it features a model of the Castle of Červená Lhota, Říp Hill and more than 30 other models.
